His family has always treated him like a "big dog" in a small body, and it shows. Chad is happiest when he is climbing mountains, running along the shoreline, or fetching a ball on the beach. He is incredibly fit, healthy, and ready for his next great adventure.
Chad has been deeply loved and cherished his entire life, receiving daily walks once or twice a day. He is an easy-going, happy, and relaxed companion who is accustomed to plenty of affection, being picked up, and cuddles. Because Chad is not used to being left alone all day, they have made the heartbreaking decision to find him a home where he can continue to thrive and receive the companionship he deserves.

Health/Special Needs: Very fit and healthy. He has lost a few teeth, but this does not cause him any distress or eating issues. He can get occasional minor eye infections (likely from beach sand) and has a sensitive stomach, so rich or fatty meats should be avoided. He has been fed a healthy diet of cooked chicken breast his whole life.
